1. 掌握本课核心词汇和固定搭配。
2. 间接引语用法
1). 在引用别人的原话时，被引用的句子称为直接引语。
例句：
“Pass me the dictionary, Mike,” she said.
她说：“给我递一下词典，迈克。”
He suggested, “Let’s take a taxi back home.”
他建议说：“我们乘出租车回家吧。”
2). 当用自己的话转述别人的话时，被转述的部分称为间接引语。
例句：
She told me that she was getting married next week.
她告诉我她下周就要结婚了。
He said that he would stay in London for a week.
他说他想在伦敦再待一周。
3). 间接陈述句
如果转述的是陈述句，需要：
(1). 用连词that引导，that 可以省略
例句：
He said, “I have lost my umbrella.”
他说：“我把伞丢了。”
He said (that) he had lost his umbrella.
他说他丢了他的伞。
(2). 改变引语谓诉动词的时态，使其与主句谓语动词时态保持一致动词变化如下：
直接引语 间接引语
一般现在时 一般过去时
现在进行时 过去进行时
现在完成时 过去完成时
一般过去时 过去完成时
一般将来时 过去将来时
情态动词 情态动词过去时
He said, “The road is still blocked.”
He said (that) the road was still blocked.
他说路仍然堵着。
Paul said, “I’m trying to get a taxi.”
Paul said (that) he was trying to get a taxi.
保罗说他正在等出租车。
The policeman said, “You can prevent the accident.”
The policeman said that I could prevent the accident.
警察说我不能阻止那个事故。
改变问接陈述句中的时间和地点。变化如下：
直接引语 间接引语

last week/ month/ year The week/ month/ year before
tomorrow the next day/ the following day
the day after tomorrow the two days’ time
next week/ year the following week/ year

根据句意，改变人称。例如:
He said, “I like my new house.”
He said that he liked his new house.
他说他喜欢我的新房子。
He said, “We’ll discuss this tomorrow.”
He said they would discuss it/the matter the next day.
他说，他们第二天在讨论。
例题：
把下面的直接引语改成间接引语
1. He said, “I’ve left my book in my room.”
2. She said, “He will be busy.”
3. The teacher said, “The earth goes round the sun.”
4. My father said, “Practice makes perfect.”
5. He said, “I have studied English since I was a boy.”
【答案】
1. He said that he had left his book in his room.
2. She said that he would be busy.
3. The teacher said that the earth goes round the sun.
4. My father said that practice makes perfect.
5. He said that he had studied English since he was a boy.
